About The Founder
Michael Adolphus Sr. MSOL, Founder and President
Michael D. Adolphus, Sr., born in New York City and raised in the streets of Harlem, has dedicated his life to serving God and uplifting his community.
Under the spiritual leadership of former Senior Pastor Bishop Charles H. Harris Sr, of Morning Star Full Gospel Assembly, he was called to the ministry in 2002. He served as a missionary in the Outreach Ministry. His duties were to visit the nursing homes and Drug Rehabilitation Centers preaching the Good News of Christ.
Seeing how Michael has a passion for souls, Bishop Harris charged and licensed Michael as a Minister of the Gospel on July 23, 2006, and later laid hands on him as he was Ordained to the Eldership on August 16, 2009.
As the Founder and Pastor of Amen Ministries Inc., Michael is committed to empowering individuals to live their best lives—spiritually, mentally, and physically.
Through church services, leadership programs, community outreach initiatives, and social impact projects, Amen Ministries addresses critical needs such as access to health services, youth development, feeding the homeless, and bringing joy to children in hospitals through Christmas toy drives. From basketball tournaments to Gospel concerts in public parks, the ministry strives to be a beacon of hope and transformation.

Despite his many accomplishments, Michael firmly believes that anything done without Christ is in vain. Inspired by Philippians 3:8, he dedicates his life to sharing the excellence of knowing Christ Jesus. Drawing from his own experiences growing up in Harlem, he connects with people of all ages, preaching and teaching with authenticity, life application, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Michael holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College and a Master of Divinity from Trinity College of the Bible and Trinity Theological Seminary.
Above all, Michael’s mission is to serve with love and compassion, knowing that without these, all efforts are meaningless.
