Michael Adolphus Sr. MSOL, Founder and President
Pastor Michael D. Adolphus is a faith-driven pastor, community leader, and advocate dedicated to strengthening underserved communities through service, leadership, and strategic partnerships. Raised in Harlem and a longtime resident of Co-op City in the Bronx, he has devoted his life to helping individuals and families grow spiritually, mentally, and physically.
He is the Founder and Pastor of Amen Ministries Inc., an outreach-centered ministry committed to bringing practical resources and spiritual support directly into communities. Through this work, Pastor Adolphus leads initiatives that address both spiritual development and everyday challenges faced by families in urban neighborhoods.
Through partnerships with organizations such as Quest Diagnostics, United Way of New York City, and local community centers, Pastor Adolphus has helped bring biometric health screenings and wellness initiatives directly into the community—expanding access to preventative healthcare and health education.
Understanding that the future of communities depends on the next generation, he actively invests in youth through mentorship and community engagement. Pastor Adolphus organizes youth basketball tournaments and leadership-centered community events designed to provide positive outlets for young people while promoting discipline, teamwork, and purpose.
He also serves as President of Building Association 29 in Co-op City, where he works to strengthen resident engagement, promote unity, and foster programs that support the wellbeing of the community.
Earlier in his ministry journey, Pastor Adolphus volunteered as a chaplain serving residents in drug rehabilitation programs at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, offering encouragement, spiritual guidance, and hope to individuals seeking restoration and a renewed path forward.
Pastor Adolphus holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Leadership, further strengthening his commitment to sustainable leadership and community transformation.
His service and leadership have been recognized by several civic institutions, including the Office of the Bronx Borough President, the New York City Council, and the United States Congress, honoring his dedication to community service and leadership.
Pastor Adolphus believes that true leadership is rooted in compassion, faith, and action. Through ministry, mentorship, and community partnerships, he continues to work toward building stronger families and strengthening the community.
